Along with very comfortable reception rooms, there are also separate bathrooms for male and female clients (both are suitable for our disabled clients).
I booked online so I really did not know what to expect when I arrived for my appointment. Very pleasant surroundings and an air of calm right from the young lady on reception to my treatment by Nick Hazael, I’m very pleased with the results. I limped in and walked out so that is a result!
Excellent team. Love the new premises. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing place! Great people work wonders!
I’ve been having treatments with Wendy for years. She is always so positive and helpful. I always feel so much better every time I’ve been.
I had acupuncture for neuropathic pain in my arm. I had been on a great deal of medication that was making me feel ill. Maria put me at ease, and, after three sessions my pain had gone…an outcome far beyond what I expected. I still attend acupuncture every so often because it is a very relaxing experience. I would recommend Maria’s expertise to anyone coping with severe pain.
I highly recommend having acupuncture and, of course, Maria, who, from the first session I found to be a very skilful acupuncturist – a warm and genuine spirit who is very understanding.
Please tell Christine I knocked 2 mins off my PB today! She can have all the credit because my training has been rubbish!!
Just to let you know how thrilled I was with Maria and my treatment yesterday. Today my neck/ shoulders feel so much better with no stiffness. I was very impressed with how needles in my hand eased my neck – that was quite a surprise.
Thank you so much – looking forward to my next treatment!!
We have a busy and friendly setting, offering a variety of complementary and alternative therapies including:
All of our treatments are holistic, which means they affect the whole person, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This holistic approach means we take time to listen, observe and assess our clients’ physical and emotional well-being. It also allows us to treat them appropriately and completely.
At Phoenix, our practitioners meet regularly for client conferences where, with the clients’ permission, we discuss our clients’ cases & conditions. This allows us to most efficiently determine the best course of action for a clients’ specific situation.
OUR ASSURANCE TO YOU
All of our practitioners are registered with their governing bodies, and have all of the relevant insurance in place. They also continue with professional development (CPD) as required by their regulating bodies.
